How do I add a widget?
On iPhone, touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, and search for Nephi Daily. On Android, touch and hold the Home screen, tap Widgets, and find Nephi Daily. Open the app once first so the widgets have today’s routine and streak to show.
The Verse Art widget shows text instead of a picture
Verse Art images download in the background a week ahead. Open Nephi Daily with an internet connection and the widget will pick up today’s design shortly after.
My streak didn’t count today
Any routine step done before midnight on your phone’s clock keeps the day. If you miss a day and have a streak freeze saved, it’s used automatically. Signed in, a day kept in Nephi Plates counts too.
I don’t get my daily reminder
Check that notifications are allowed for Nephi Daily in your phone’s Settings, and that the reminder is turned on in the app’s Settings. Focus modes and battery savers can also hold reminders back.
Can I use my Nephi Plates account?
Yes. Both apps share one account. If Nephi Plates is on your phone, tap “Continue with Nephi Plates” on the sign-in screen; otherwise sign in with the same Apple, Google, or email account you use there.
Do I need an account to pray or request prayer?
No. There’s nothing to log in to: type a name for your request, or leave it empty and it shows as “Friend”. Requests you share from your phone are under Requests › Mine, and every request is removed after 30 days.
Why won’t my prayer request send?
The prayer room turns away unkind words, links, phone numbers and email addresses, and allows a few requests a day. Change what the message points out and try again.
My progress disappeared
If you’re signed in, progress syncs to your account and comes back when you sign in on any device. If you never signed in, progress lives only on that one device and doesn’t transfer after reinstalling or switching phones.
