Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Nephi Daily account at any time, directly from within the app. There's no need to contact support.

How to delete your account

  1. Open Nephi Daily and sign in, if you aren't already.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

Deletion is processed immediately when you confirm. There's no waiting period and no email confirmation step.

This also deletes your Nephi Plates account

Nephi Daily and Nephi Plates share one account. Deleting it from either app deletes it, and everything tied to it, in both. If you only want to stop using Nephi Daily, you can simply sign out or uninstall it instead.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account removes, immediately and permanently:

  • Your profile (display name and account identifier)
  • Your daily routine progress, streak and streak history
  • Learn path progress, promise history and learned words and verses
  • Your journal entries
  • Prayer requests you've posted, notes you've left, and your record of praying for others
  • Everything tied to the same account in Nephi Plates

What may be retained

Standard database backups may retain deleted information for a limited time as part of our infrastructure provider's normal backup rotation. Your account itself is deleted immediately and can no longer be used once you confirm.

If you never signed in

Your progress lives only on your device (see our Privacy Policy) and is removed by uninstalling the app.

If you can't access the app

Email support@nephiplates.com from the address associated with your account (or include enough detail to identify it, such as your display name and sign-in method) and we'll process the deletion for you.
